Boot looping after cloning HDD to m.2 NVME SSD.

Yesterday I cloned my boot drive (HDD) to a NVME SSD and when I try to boot with the priority set to the SSD it gets stuck in a boot loop. Any help? The Motherboard is a MSI Z370 SLI Plus, the SSD is a Samsung 970 Evo Plus, Intel i7 8700k, 1080ti, 16gb vengeance pro rgb ram.

Cleared the cmos now im getting a windows error saying inaccessible boot device
