Overclocking cpu usage help.

I overclocked my fx-8320 with the following settings I'm wondering why my task manager tells me my cpu is always running at 4.17ghz rather than going up and down as I switch tasks.

CPU Ratio: 21


AMD Turbo core: disabled


Cpu bus freq: 200


PCIE: Auto


Memory frequency: 1600


CPU NB: 2200


HT Link speed: 2400


CPU spread spectrum: disabled


 


CPU +NB volt: Offset mode


offset sign: +


CPU offset voltage: 0.11875


 


In the advanced area


Cool n quiet: disabled


C1E: disabled


SVM: disabled


Core C6 state: Disabled


HPC *something*: Disabled


Apm: Auto

Uhh... so what do I do to those?

enable them (you can keep c1e and c6 disabled if it causes stability issues)

you wont notice any degradation(more voltage will be needed for same overclock) soon but it makes your cpu to run at highest clock and voltage you set at all the time
