Ok so my pc has been working perfectly, but I realised I didn't have XMP enabled so I went into the bios to do that. I also saw the fast boot setting so I set that to ultra fast. Then when I reset I had a black screen. No problem I thought, I'll just reset the bios. So I powered everything off, removed power cable, removed CMOS battery and held down the power button. I put the battery back and now when I power on, I still have a black screen. I believe I successfully reset the bios as the motherboard accent lights come on now which I had disabled in the BIOS before. Bit still black screen, and I have no motherboard speaker to know if it beeps, and no onboard graphics to try. Also my keyboard doesn't power on and the caps lock led doesn't come on which normally works if it posts but the display isn't working. I tried the clear CMOS jumper too, although I'm worried maybe it had the PSU on when I did that. But it was already a black screen before hand too. Any help would be very much appreciated, I'm worried I've killed my motherboard or something. Some more info, when I power on all the fans spin up and it looks like it normally does when it starts up, but the fact that the keyboard caps lock led doesn't come on makes me think something is wrong as that always normally works when the pc powers on.

If you have multiple sticks of RAM, try removing just one and turning it on. If same result, try the other stick.

Wow thank you so much, it didn't work with 1 taken out but I took out 2 of the 4 sticks and now the display and keyboard are working properly. Thank you again that's a huge help 🙂
