Make and model? A new SSD should be getting well over 50mb read and writes. Sounds like it was slow from the get go.

When it downloads i see in  task manager well over 200mb/s and my internet is around 500mb/s but istill very slow downloads recently

Then where were you getting the 50mb/s? In order to do a real test you need to use an actual smart status testing program like Crystaldiskinfo or Crystaldiskmark. They should be able to tell you if the drive is actual bad and what it's real time read and writes are.
