I get this error everytime I turn on my pc, no issues when restarting. However when I plug back in my M.2 SSD, it boots back up and when shut down, the cycle repeats. I have tried everything that is there on the internet, from running cmd prompts to reinstalling windows locally. What could the problem be? Is my SSD dying or is there some issue with my motherboard, can't figure it out as my PC runs completely fine when it boots back up. 

Any help would be highly appreciated,
