These pop up everytime I start my PC, and I have just been clicking X on them for probably 2 months now, but I've finally decided I should do something about them, but they are so vague I have no idea what they are for.

It varies from 2-5 popups.

It’s vague in that it doesn’t say which setup file. Maybe check startup items to see what is launching when you boot.  On the off chance it’s windows maybe run a system refresh.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Id be a bit concerned as to what is trying to run so for the first step that needs to be figured out.

As it is running on startup I would open Task Manager, expand it so you get access to the Startup tab and look through the list to see if you can find the offending application.

If not showing in Task Manager it be be being called from Task Scheduler as a run on startup or run on user login task.
