I have an H100i running the stock fans that it came with and even in quiet mode it is still audible (when not listening to anything else)

I am thinking of upgrading to Noctua PWM fans or the something from Be quiet. Any other suggestion of quiet fans? black colour if possible.

For those who swapped out the original H100i fans, what fans did u use and did u notice a difference in temps and noise?

I'm using Corsair SP120 quiet editions running at 700rpm and they're very quiet. Under load they jump up to 1000rpm. I can't say much about temperatures since my chip is a golden i7 and as such thermals aren't really an issue.

I run SP120's on a fan controller and at idle they are turned all the way down. Can't hear them, not sure what RMP they are at tho... But on my Glacer 240l they cool my 4770k idle just great! They are quieter than the stock h100 fans, and look better ;)

But beyond that, if you want real good stuff, Noctua is a good option.
