trying to reuse my old (sapphire hd 7970ghz toxic) in a pc to stream to the TV from and some light 1080p gaming for my gf.
already have ram and a spare ssd. but need a motherboard, cpu and power supply.

mostly need help though finding a small enough case that can sit on its side that will fit a large gpu.

I'd use mm instead because that's what almost every case manufacturer uses instead of inches. That's should be around ~275 mm so this is what I would do

If you plan to use only really light games then Id go down to a 12100f and save yourself 60 bucks. You can probably find a cheaper case but this the only one I found after a light scroll on pcpart picker that meets your requirements.
