Something seems wrong here

So I was making a build list for someone in this forum and I was looking at graphics cards I could add. I was looking at 3080ti's when I suddenly found this bad boy.

I mean this can't be real right? Not even 3080s have gone down to this price point and there's this 3080ti here? Something must be wrong here, I'm not sure I would trust it with one review lol.
