I took it out and it was stuck by the dp plug thingy and then the connecting finger got scratched. It is serious or do I need to fix it?

Can you take a clearer picture?

The most important thing is to make sure those pins aren't shorted together. If you clean those burrs off with a knife, and your motherboard connector touches the parts that are still connected to the rest of the card it might be salvageable. Don't plug it back in until you're 100% sure they're not shorting!

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

Looks like the questionable pins are pin 6 and 10 going back from the gap and unfortunately those are data pins and not ground pins.

stick it in the board and see.

it's definitely not expected to work with data pins missing but it might surprise us. If a few ground pins were missing it's possible it can work fine without them. but if that particular card really wants those data pins then you;re a bit screwed
