Android file manager (itune for android phones?)

Hi all! I currently looking for a software that kinda like itune for iPhones that you can backup apps or preview files in your phone with PC. I've been looking around for something similar to it is there something like that ether free or require one time payment? so far I've found Moborobo tried it and I don't like it because of the bloatware.

Why do you need that? Because itune was necessary since old apple stuff would hide in explorer your media files. 

But on android, any media player can see your files really, so you can use windows media player, vlc, Winamp, even itune really... Or yknow basic explorer...
