Driver issues with an Odys tablet

I got my hands on 2 of ODYS Wintab 9 Plus 3G tablets, windows 10 based, Intel Atom Z3735F, 2GB of ram and 32gb of storage. The tablets are ok, they were cheap, but i decided to reinstall windows on one of them to see and oh boy, was that a mess. I had to download a premade iso image from the official site (1809) and it ran some script and automatically installed with most drivers...that's where the issues start, by most i mean some are missing, but in a sense that they don't...exist. The battery for example, it runs off of it and all that, but there is no driver for it, nothing in device manager to install the driver on, it's like it's not even there.

Same now with the GPU, before it showed up, but after installing a 2020 driver and installing a few windows updates, the GPU itself disappeared from the device manager, if i try to install the GPU driver again, it says there's no hardware.

 

I'm lost, never have i seen such issues on any PC or tablet or laptop. Any ideas?

the only way to fix it I think is to go back to the previous version of windows and do a dowgrade from the one you installed

But that's the thing, it makes no sense for all of this to just vanish. I also noticed that touch isn't working anymore. The actual hardware itself isn't seen on device manager, which makes no sense at all. A downgrade might help, but that doesn't even make sense since Windows is Windows, regardless of patch, if nothing else, then the devices should show as "unknown" or something, not just fully disappear.

Especially since the GPU driver is from 2020, 2 years newer than the 1809 image from the official website.
