So sometimes when i turn my pc on it stays on a black screen with a 9c in the bottom right corner of the screen i have to turn my pc off and on again for it to actually work.

 

What is this and how do i fix it thanls

sounds like a virus which is interfering with explorer.exe loading up. (if your on windows)

AFAIK this is a motherboard issue, related to the USB controllers. Try switching USB devices to different ports and reinstalling the drivers for your motherboard.
