Good PSU Brands/PSU 850w+/1000w+ with flexiable shipped cabels - any recommends?

Also, Corsair sells individual sleeved cable kits (both full for ~$100), (starter kits for ~$60 which are main MOBO, 1x CPU and 2x GPU cables), and Inidividual sleeved cables.

Type 4/Gen 4 are the compatible ones with HX, RX, RX-M, and AX series. So there's that option as well (getting the Corsair HX1000w + some combination of the sleeved cables add-on kits.

The price for either the RM1000X or the HX1000 + any of the cable kits would be less (or maybe match) the Be Quiet! or the Asus models, with a similar quality/performance (The Corsair HX1000 is arguably better/tied).

The Corsair RM1000X is ($170-$175) newegg-amazon, and the Corsair HX1000 is ($243-$255) newegg-amazon.

i currently have a 760w psu titanium fractal design ion+ but becuase of power hungry components / and addiononal "gadgets" i want to upgrade it to 1000.

the thing is what i really like about fractal psu are the super flexiable cabels especially the mobo main one and i know because of a rig i build for my parents that corsair psu cabels are super stiff.

fractal only has a max 860w so i want to know which good psus/psu brands use/have cabels that are flexiable just as easy. recommends for a specific psu are also welcome. target are a 1000w with gold or better WITH flexiable cabels.

i know i maybe could get a cable mod "package" but i want the out of the box "experience"

thx in advance

Don't buy by brand, ever.

What are you needing that would need more than 760W? Unless you have a 3090 Ti, it's probably enough.

Most modern PSUs with no in-cable capacitors will fit your needs just fine, including Corsair cables.

Not really, if he's looking for really flexible. Fractal Design Ion+ / Ion2+ is really something, it's night and day compared to normal cables. As soon as you touch them, you know it.

@CasoF13

There's >1000W models with what you're looking. Any model with custom sleeved cables. Specifically ROG-THOR-1000, ROG Thor 1000W Platinum II EVA Edition, P2-GAMING ROG-THOR-1200, P2-GAMING ROG-THOR-1200P PSUs have custom sleeved cables which will be even more flexible than the Fractal Ion.

Be Quiet! Dark Power Pro 12 also has individually sleeved cables.

The Be Quiet! and the all the Asus THOR are available on amazon (Be Quiet!=$400, THOR2 1000W=$350, THOR1 1200w=$320

Additionally, the Super Flower Leadex V Gold PRO, V Platinum PRO and VI Platinum PRO also have softer normal cables, they're close to the Fractal Design Ion (i can't vouch how close though). They're a decent choice to buy in the US (on newegg tough, from $180-$230).

This covers all PSUs on the market as of today, with Ion-like, or even more flexible cables. (there's a couple more old Bitfenix and Enermax which are out of production).

that should be good enough for the 760w, you can always test and see if it works, worst case scenario, the psu will shutdown.

also by going to 1000w, you might safe 1 dollar a month if you run the pc 24/7

I read some post on this forum of recommending custom cables. https://cablemod.com/

I might wind up using this iste when I upgrade to AM5 upon viewing the cables of the PSU and if it fits my needs before purchase.
