Samsung g7 odyssey s28 model stuck at 60Hz

I recently bought the aforementioned monitor, but I cannot get it to run faster than 60Hz. I have an RX 580, which has DP 1.4, and I use the cable they gave with the monitor, so I expect to have 4k 120Hz. Also tried to set the color to 8bit and also to 4:2:2, none of these help. To be clear, I would like to avoid the latter option, it just seems strange to me that it did not impact the max available refresh rate.

If I remember right your card doesn't support any thing higher than 4k 60 fps. Check you gpu supported specs
