It's OK.

I wanted to say change the SSD because that P2 is using QLC but you changed to Samsung 970 Plus which is fine. I'd change it to a 980 1 TB .. it's 97 euro, and it's still fast, and has a HUGE pseudo-SLC cache so in real world scenarios you wouldn't notice the lack of DRAM.

The motherboard is kinda barebones ... maybe put those 20 euro into the mobo budget and bump it up a bit if you think extra features (usb type c in the back, maybe 5.1 and optical out for audio, more usb ports on back, more sata ports) would be useful to you.

For example MSI B660M Mortar is ~ 194 and is more feature packed ... but it's mATX : https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/product/t9PQzy/msi-mag-b660m-mortar-ddr4-micro-atx-lga1700-motherboard-mag-b660m-mortar-ddr4

You only lose the 3rd M.2 connector, but you gain usb ports and usb 10g front panel header, and what looks like better VRM for the CPU (but i didn't check thoroughly)
