Need new backup software

Go to solution Solved by Kilrah,

I like FreeFileSync.

Desired: open source, reliable, GUI, compression desired but not required.

Just need to backup files and folders. No need for partition or whole drive backups.

Desired backup method full and auto delete previous backup.

I was using Ease Us todo backup, but it failed to recover all files from the backup. Shrodinger's backup!

file system file name support: NTFS

edit: I'm looking for something really simple. Simpler than urbackup for example.
