Any case with at least 5/8" space behind the motherboard tray and rubber grommets to run the cables through will be good for cable management.

Picture of 750D which IMO has great management and airflow, but there are hundreds of others that are just as good. Notice the rubber grommets to run cables through, that is a big plus in cable management, look for those

750D is quite expensive. It's 20 quid more than the 450D however you do get more room for potentially water-cooling if you're up for it later on in the future.

Get that 300R case before it goes back up in price.  You won't find better value for a better case.  Excellent cable management, excellent everything and at a low price.  That deal ends soon, so act fast.

Keep yours eyes peeled for CX600M sales, they go down to $45 often, like every other week.

Anything less than a GTX 780 with your budget and you failed to allocate funds in the appropriate areas.

You don't need to spend more than $100 on a mobo.  Can spend even less if you don't want to SLI in the future.
