Bluetooth Earbud Audio Problem

So I've been trying to fix this problem for the past few days because although my bluetooth earbuds connect to my new PC, they don't output any sound and instead occasionally output static instead. I tested out my wired earbuds and they work just fine and the antennas are attached to the motherboard. Wifi has also been working fine so I don't know what the problem is. My motherboard is the MSI Z690 Tomahawk DDR4 Wifi and I've already tried resetting drivers and adjusting things is device management as well as in the control panel. When the bluetooth earbuuds are connected, the control panel shows that the earbuds are outputting sound but in actuality, there is no sound and just occasional static. Can anyone think of a reason why this is happening?

Also, BT on windows is notoriously shite.

No idea. I got them as a gift a few years ago but they still connect and work fine with my phone which is an S10. Could that be the problem?

You would probably need to put them in “pairing mode”,  send a picture of the buds and ill try to see how u can do it
