DirectX not working GPU PV

So I have a GTX1070, which I'm trying to split 50/50 between host (windows 11) and VM. VM runs, hardware encoding works, I can connect through parsec, no code 43. Whem I'm trying to run CSGO it just crashes (only game). I tried installing DX from microsoft website, but that fails. I'm following guide from the github repo LTT showed
