Weird screen flicker with new GPU

Last night I went and picked up a 6800-XT and took out my 1080Ti. Now when I close a window or anything I get a weird flickering on my main monitor. I was just curious if this is normal or if there is something weird going on. Never experienced this before. I should also add that my main monitor is 1440p and 144hz (Windows only lets me do 120 though?) while my other monitors are 1080p and 60hz.
