Outlet + 1 multimedia port? Just need 1 port...

So this is an example of what I am looking for, but I only have a normal outlet and im looking for something like this that just has 1 ethernet port, or just a slot that I can plug in a keystone jack. So just 1 power plug and 1 ethernet / keystone slot is needed. I dont have a double wide slot at all.

Mixing low and high voltage in the same gang plate space is against many electrical codes, so what you're looking for isn't that common. Looks like there are some listings on places like Amazon or eBay, but I can't recommend them unless your electrical code specifically allows mixing low and high voltage.
