Easyanticheat untrusted file issue with Modded 13.1 reloaded drivers for HD 4870

Actually it really doesn't matter. The modded drivers I noticed lost perf with userbenchmark (yes laugh whatever I'm too lazy to run 3dmark atm) so I am just going back to the standard AMD released drivers.

It seems damn near impossible to find anyone talking about this for this old of a driver but yeah I used these drivers and its causing easyanticheat to have a fit. And no deleting the certificates folder will work, until the game finishes launching where it'll have an IO error. So a way to fix this would be appreciated
