webhosting is to only host websites.

if you want to host a game server you need to access the operating system to install the programs.

your option is to rent a VPS (virtual computer) or a physical server.

for cheap barebone server go to this site : https://www.hetzner.com/sb

Nope. You need a VPS, not web hosting.
