Laptop Suggestions: Throw in a backpack but can play games

A colleague is looking for a laptop, but my remit is usually PC...

 

Current requirements are as follows:

Not apple

Thin n light and 2 in 1?

Durable enough for daily backpack use

Able to play civ 6 and cities skyline

 

Doesn't care about:

Resolution

Speakers (but needs good Bluetooth)

 

 

Budget:

1000 GBP

1250 USD

1600 CAD
