I offered to build a gaming pc for my friend and she wants it to be all white, I am either using an i5-12400 or an i7-11700K. Is there any motherboard thats white for either LGA 1700 or LGA 1200 for around 150 dollars? I personally hate white pc components but she already bought a white case.

Why these CPUs in particular? Also you shouldn't look for LGA 1151, that was 9th gen.

Any reason not to consider Ryzen? I can think of a few white motherboards for AM4, if you're shopping in the US

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Oh! Thanks for pointing that out. I meant LGA 1700. For some reason I was thinking of my cpu which is an 8700K

wow i just checked almost none "white" motherboards have a white pcb, and are actually "black and white" therfore.

Found this tho... b360, so probably not useful,  but damn do white pcbs look good!

still too much black imo, but i guess one could paint those connectors etc pretty easily...

The closest I can find for a white LGA 1700 board is the MSI B660M Mortar WiFi, which has white/silver for a lot of the board elements, but has a black PCB:

For LGA 1200, there is of course the NXZT N7 Z590 available in white, although it just has white covers over another black PCB:
