help me choose a usb hub

i need a recommendation for a cheap/decently prices powered usb hub that has on off switches that i can run some usb fans off of. the hub must be powered by an external ac wall wart or it wont fit my needs i need a minimum of 4 usb ports i need an on/of switch for each usb port

 

also the hub must be able to power 4 40mm usb fans and 2 80mm usb fans at the same time

This looks like it'll fit the bill. There are ones with more ports if you like.

That would work as well. I'm using a 4 port version similar to that thing to power a soundbar when the system attached to the hub is off. Not sure how well data transfer would be, but for power delivery it'll be fine.
