Can't log in to any MS service

I have an issue to log in to any MS service.

One drive for instance. Partner center.

But also on my Android phone, the authenticator by MS doesn't log in.

Not sure what is the issue.

 

Anyone else can log in to MS service?

Is this for personal use or do you have enterprise accounts that are managed by active directory/azure directory?

This is for any MS service.

So for instance, I want to link my phone to my home windows PC. It says I am offline, eventhough internet is working.

So somehow I cannot reach ANY MS server/service.

It was an ISP/Fiber company issues. They sorted something in my modem remotely.
