access denied you don't have permission to access on this server

last week or so if i go on steam app on my pc i get

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://store.steampowered.com/sale/Team17PublisherSale?" on this server.

and 2 websites give me the same Access Denied JBHIFI.co.nz And Tiktok.com

but if i turn my router off and back on again the websites and steam work fine again but then sometimes when i turn my computer on again the next day they are giving Access Denied again how can i fix this

Sounds like region blocking. Are you running some sort of proxy or VPN?

Can you reach those domains on other devices connected to the samw network? If not do you have children/internet filters on the network?

yes i can reach them on my phone as i have turned off and back on my router but have not tested when i get this problem
