Saveable for an average consumer? Nope.

Not worth saving, but maybe it's salvagable, depending on what the damage is.

 

Try taking it apart and see if the screen works without the glass panel, If it does, you might be able to use it for a DIY project, but otherwise just get a new monitor.

yea i expected this so i just bought a new monitor but for some reason sometimes it fixes itself but only for a few minutes then goes back to this
