Rainbow six: Vegas 2

anyone else try it / play? I just picked this game up yesterday, and I love it.

 

the gunplay feels a little loose, but it's not the center of the game, I can live with it.

(hitscan weapons are hard to use after I got so used to the projectile weapons of Planetside 2 & battlefield)

 

I love the cover mechanic and all the tools it gives you, and when your squad members aren't stuck on one another, they are actually quite useful. (the cover mechanic made a return in Future soldier)

 

A few scripted events are frustrating, such as Nevell dying even if you kill all of the guards around him, but the rest of the gameplay is fun & well paced.

 

In all, I've always loved the tom clancy franchise, and this is no different.

 

Ghost recon has a bit better gunplay, but Rainbow six has a few more tools, and I'm loving the character customization.

 

the perfect game for me, would be a hybrid between (R6) Vegas 2 and (GR) Future soldier.

The first time I got PSN the only game I had was Vegas 2, played it everyday when I was around 8(Now 15) great game

I actually really like the R6 Vegas games, a guilty pleasure of mine

 

I just love the sound and feel of the shooting, and a cover system that I actually enjoy
