Yes. You can use the USB on as many computers as you want. It's just boot media.

I recently built my first PC and a friend of mine is also building his first PC by the end of the week and I was wondering if I could use the same USB with the windows media that I used on my PC on his PC without needing to do anything with it.

Windows 10 uses the same iso for both Home and Professional versions. It's no longer like Windows 8.1 and prior where you had different ISO for the version you had a license for.

The previous speakers are right. You can install the operating system any number of times from one usb.

but you should make a new one now and then so you don't  need to do all updates after install is done.
