Constant yellow hue

Hi i am in desperate need of help. I bought an ew laptop, MSI GS76 Stealth, less then a day old at this point and for some reason the laptop display has a yellow hue to it, no matter what i do or try it keeps having this yellow hue, night mode is off, eye protection is off, blue light filter is off. Brightness has been cranked. No matter what i try or do it stays the same. Same problem was on the display i had connected to it but for some reason it would stop being yellow as soon as there was an active window on it. I tried everything from msi's true tone presets to window's own. If anyone happens to know a fix for this it would be greatly appreciated

Are we talking like old Peugeot headlights yellow, or like slightly yellow-shifted

Yellow shifted, it’s as if night mode/blue light filter is on constantly (they’re not I’ve triple checked)
