Solved by Hairless Monkey Boy,
What CPU do you have? does it have an iGPU?
It probably doesn't, but incase it does. In order to use both a dedicated GPU and the CPU integrated GPU at the same time, it is often required that you go into the BIOS and enable a setting that is often called something like "enable multi monitor support", and is often buried in the menus somewhere, assuming your board has the setting at all.
