Please answer the following:

  1. Where do you live?
  2. What currency is your budget in?
  3. What are you doing with this PC? Just gaming, or are you editing videos, or 3D modeling?
  4. Do you have peripherals, such as a keyboard, mouse, monitor, and headphones/speakers?
  5. Do you need an OS?

Spoiler

If you have 0 experience, I would recommend taking the time to learn how to build a PC or pay someone else to do it for you.

I would never recommend someone to so it for you, even my dp says no. Instead all the fun of having a pc that you build is tweaking it, cleaning it, upgrading it, and acting as if it was your child.

Meh I had zero experience and still built my own pc. It's easy enough with video tutorials like from Newegg or one of Linus' videos.

Well, if they don't want to learn to build it themselves, that means they would have to buy a prebuilt that has been built in Taiwan by an old woman getting paid 2 cents an hour. :/

Well, you took the time to semi-learn while building your PC. If you didn't have the video, you would have had a higher chance of failing.

The location is the US, the OS and the peripherals are not needed.

Sorry for the lack of information :/

My recommendations: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3w4qo

3 fans for front/bottom intake.
