Looks very good to me :) and yes, that PSU has plenty of wattage to power that system.

PS: If you don't do any video editing or anything that requires the 8 threads of the i7 4770K, you can save some money and get a i5 4670K instead. The i5 4770K and the i5 4670K have about the same performance in gaming. The i7 just shines most in video editing scenarios.

My Current Build:

Intel i5 3570K @ 4.4GHz 1.11V, Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, Asrock Z77 Extreme4, Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz, Samsung 840 EVO 250GB, Asus GTX 760 DCII Overclocked, Corsair CX600M

go 4670k instead of 4770k. The only real difference between the two is hyper-threading, which doesn't affect gaming at all, and if you don't need Nvidia features, go 290 instead of 780, it's 50$ cheaper and faster in most applications.

If you're playing at 1080p, get a 770 instead because it's got more than enough horsepower to play games, and I really wouldn't get a HAF case if I were you. People like them even though they collect dust and are somewhat noisy IMHO.
