Bluetooth section disappeared from Device Manager

So I recently installed a program that would allow me to connect my PS3 controller to my laptop both wired and wirelessly, but I didn't realize that the bluetooth device would lock itself and make itself available only to the controller, so I decided to uninstall the program, but I was still able to use my bluetooth device as usual only for 3 days, but both the bluetooth toggle and bluetooth section from device manager had vanished so I am completely unable to perform any reinstallation at all. Is there a way to fix this? The program's name was SCPToolKit.
