Ark Survival evolved cluster server

I’m looking to build a server pc for an ark cluster, and I was wondering if this would be enough for 3-4 maps with about 20 people on https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/dMrqmr

As far as I can tell, you need multiple computers. I don't know for sure, there may be mods and stuff, but if you don't need multiple computers, this one is perfectly fine. You may want more storage (and the watercooling isn't required, and has a higher chance of failing than an air cooler, given that it has more moving parts), but besides that I see no issues.
