Just like the XBOX X!!! :old-tongue:

You don't need a fan to make air move lol.

One top exhaust fan will work fine, air will make it's way into the case from the bottom.

so i have a mini itx pc planning on buying a low profile cooler Noctua AM4 to pull air and throw it at the psu fan and then that exits out the back

System setup 140mm fan intake from top with noctua pull configuration to the (seasonic sfx800) psu fan which then exhaust out the rear

cpu 5600G

question is, is this alright for the psu?

What else is in there 800W for just the 5600G, the air will probably leave the PSU cooler than it came in.
No Problem at all.

im not used to mini itx builds. im more matx and above. well yes all its exhausting is a direct airflow from the 5600g as it sits right above it

But why the 800 watt psu for a 65 watt combined processor+GPU?

Is there anything else to this build?

With the 5600G the PSU fan will never run, because the load is so small.

I only see your reply if you @ me.

there is a slight airflow from the psu from the back. it was future proofing for itx

Okay. Top intake with the 140mm fan seems weird, because as we all know, heat rises to the top, so if you have the top fan as intake, you could create heatpockets with the turbulent air.

Ofcourse it doesn't currently matter at all, because 5600G, but if you put a 3090ti in there I would try running the top fan as push.

the case looks like an xbox series x. so you think it should still be exhaust 140 top

Yeah, that is exactly how Xbox series X does it lol.

The top fan is exhaust, that pulls air, so that cold air can naturally come in from the bottom, and hot air exhausted at the top.
