cpu cooler Help me with right cpu cooler DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX GT A-RGB Vs. 400XT

Hello, iam about building a new rig, and iam really confused about choosing the right cpu cooler, since my room is very hot and gets around 40c degree in summer, and iam going to use the integrated gpu as well which makes the thing a little bit more messy and hot apu/cpu. So this is my parts:

Cpu: ryzen 5 5600G

ram: corsair vengeance 2x8GB 3200mhz

PSU: corsiar cv 550 80+ brozne

Case: lian li lancool 215

motherboard: asus prime b450m- A ii

...

iam looking for a better but budget PSU. And right cpu cooler.

Check out the This Zalman. I have used it in two builds, one for a 5600x and one for a 11700k. Both run great in normal room conditions. Its a big chungus, so check the sizing.
