Chromebook

I have a chromebook which my sister has asked me to look at - it has a high pitched whine when she uses it

It is an Acer Chromebook Spin 13 with a pentium gold. 
At the moment I’m aware that it could be :

Fans (would know how to fix)

Coil Whine (Don’t know how to fix)

Hardware Issue (would know how to fix)

Any other issue that I am unaware of

 

if anyone has any information on the bold stuff then that would be greatly appreciated

Maybe bad speakers, but that would probably fall under hardware issues. 

 

It would probably help if you added a recording of the sound it makes to help identify the issue.
