RGB on Mobo and Mobo header not lighting up.

MamaLinguini

I've been running this PC build for a little over a year now and have never had a problem with the lighting on my Asus Prime X570-PRO Motherboard and the LED strip I have connected to the header. All of the sudden, after I shut down the PC I noticed all the LED's we're off. After booting it back up, they still won't turn back on. Here's what I've already tried:

Flashing the BIOS to the latest version

Configuring the BIOS to always shows built in Mobo LED's while on or off.

Uninstalled every RGB control program I had (Aura, Signal, iCue) and ran CCleaner to clean my files and registries.

Everywhere I've gone for advice, no one seems to have the problem where both the Mobo AND the header are not lighting up, so I'm at a complete loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I will add that the Mobo DOES show up in pretty much every RGB program. Just that nothing I change lights it up. Also, the diagnostic lights and LAN port work fine as well.

even MB lights are off?

Yes, it's off. The indicator lights are fine, like the post and LAN indicators work fine. My Vengeance RAM and my GPU both have RGB without any issues.
