Ok so... First off this I work with computers and I CAN'T figure this out, At random times it could be once a month or once a year, my system will just shut off. Either if I'm just using it to use YouTube or play Cyberpunk 2077 ore Minecraft non RTX. IT will just shut off and turn back on. These are my specs:

ASRock B550M Pro4 Steel

4x8 32GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB

Gigabyte Eagle OC 3070

Azza Hive

2x 1TB WD M.2, 1x 500GB WD Blue SSD, 1x 1TB Toshiba HDD

Coolermaster 1000W Gold Rated (a bit of an older one)

1x Acer 165HZ, 1x crappy Hp 17"

3x 120mm Azza RGB intake, 1x 120mm Azza RGB exhaust, stock cooler for CPU

SO as you can see, not a Lamborghini but it sure isn't a PT cruiser, I USED TO HAVE a EVGA 850W Gold Rated PSU, but as you can see I have a new one now. The issue still persisted frequently, SO I changed my RAM AND that seemed to fix the issue for a long time, because even though I had the same CAS latency and Mhz and such but just because I had Vengeance LPX NON RGB RAM and Vengeance PRO RGB RAM it would crash. NOW just today for the first time it crashed again. I THINK the issue is the VRAM on my MOBO AsRock Motherboards are kinda eh ya know they're fine but ASUS and Gigabyte ones are better. So What do yall think? I'm open to any suggestions except for deleting Sys32 ya jokesters. THANK YOU FOR READING!

Sounds like your memory channels are kind of shitty, and it doesnt like 4x8 or the speeds you are trying. Since you had it fixed with  a ram swap and it degraded again.

4x8 is a horrendous config just cause imc stress + no expandability + worse overclocking. I find it quite odd to be running that config on such a lowend board so my first guess would be board just being crap so consider swapping to a better board like b550a pro, tomahawk, steel legend, extreme4, pg velocita, etc.

I recently discovered that I do indeed kind of have a low endish board, My RAM channels cannot handle all of them running at 3200mhz and my ram is running at 2133 I never noticed that, I always thought it was at 3200, i set it to 3200 in bios and it did not like that, i had to pop the CMOS battery to get it back into windows and it then defaulted back to 2133. I will be getting a new ASUS gaming MOBO soon, thank you all so much for your help. I will update yall if that fixes the issue and if it doesn't I'm buying a steamdeck lol.

It's not the motherboard. It's the MC in the CPU that cant't handle 4 sticks of your Corsair RAM.

What's the exact partnumber and version number of the RAM?

Well I was able to get my RAM to 2933 and honestly I'm ok with it running at 2933. It would be nice if it ran at 3200, but the difference is only 10 frames or less. I'm most likely going to get a New MOBO anyways cause the one I have is the most low end part out of my whole build, thank you again for your help, I will take my RAM out this weekend and hopefully post the part numbers then, I do have one of the boxes and one of the part numbers is CMW16GGX4M2C3200C16
