Weird headphone/mic issue? no idea how to fix this.

After updating my graphics drivers. My headphones always pick up my mic audio and play it back to me. Messing with software settings for over an hour have fixed nothing

check your windows sound control panel and make sure your headphones are not listening to your mic.

Is there a delay in the playback? That will indicate Software. If it's instant you have some bad hardware - audio port, cable, or headphones themselves can be the culprit
