Do you realize your budget doesn't allow your requirements? Of course unless you get everything else you haven't listed garbage.

Not to talk about DDR5 is very expensive and performs very bad, It's waste of money.

Here is list. It has 12700K, Good motherboard, 32GB RAM, Case you asked for an 360mm AIO cooler. No DDR5, If you get DDR5 you'll have to downgrade GPU and that'll be waste of money. No Lian Li fans, Get cheaper Corsar Corsair SP120 Elite fans or something like that. Your budget is not that much as you think, If I where you I would downgrade case and cooler in favor of better GPU like this:

Like I said it's a new build and not an upgrade. Z690 chipsets gives you an option to choose between ddr4 or ddr5. So, if one's building a new PC why will they not go to future proof it rather than spending on the old setup and then re-spending to upgrade. I know its going to be expensive but I have to take a pinch and I can further squeeze $500 towards it.

Regarding the motherboards my previous setups were Gigabyte, MSI and trust me their support in Mumbai region is as good as none. Hence I am more inclined towards an ASUS setup as they have a better support in the region.

The reason why I am going for the Lian Li PC O11 ROG case is for the RGB setup as it gives you tempered glass in front and side justifying and appealing towards the RGB setup. My current setup has RGB corsair fans and trust me the wiring is too much and messy due to which I really liked the daisy chaining idea from Lian Li Uni AL fans. Hands down Corsair aftersales support has been top notch for me till date with their products and if in the near future if they adapt to the same concept I will always prefer them.

My rigs build so far run for 5+ years, so keeping it and the above in mind, I would appreciate if you could suggest me on those lines. Yes, some might go over budget, but then I can spend on the minimum required and then later add the upgrades like the M2's, more fans and rams,.. so on.
