As long as it's a standard form factor drive and both laptops support that form factor the yes, it will be physically compatible.

Hello, i'd like to know if i'd be able to move my current laptop HDD into a new one. I already know that the OS won't move from a PC to another because it is OEM but, i'm not sure about the HDD my concerns are that it won't be compatible or sum'.

As long it's not some weird propriatary solution which I doubt, no problem. Just smack it in and format that sucker.
