This PCPP list is set to US retailers/pricing... will you be able to get all of this stuff at these prices in Armenia?

The obvious way to save some cash here would be to step down to the 12700 or 12700F, or even a 12600-family CPU, and maybe a B660 or H670 board unless you really think you're going to overclock. If you did this you could also get by with a cheaper cooler. You could then redistribute that money to a better GPU now rather than later, even the 3060 ti is a significant step up.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Yes i will buy every component from US Amazon or Newegg, it's cheaper to deliver all parts to my country, then buy from here, because here is 90% scam on the parts.

IDK about overclocking, i just heard that it's good, so i chose it))

The reason that i chose z690 motherboard because it has more features, like USB 3.2, wi fi 6, more M2 slots, heatsinks, PCIE lanes etc.

Ah i see, cheaper air cooler, maybe i5 processor, But i am not sure about the motherboard downgrade, because i will upgrade PC later.

And what about DDR5 RAM, do i really need it?

Thank you for your reply and help.

Overclocking is more of a hobbyist/enthusiast thing now. There is little to be gained in terms of real-world performance. It's not like 10 years ago where you would really notice the effects of overclocking your CPU in games. If I were you I'd do some research and decide if it's something you really think you'll bother with.

DDR5 right now is too overpriced I didn't notice before you had a DDR5 board or I would have suggested switching that.

That mATX Gigabyte board is really entry-level. I wouldn't trust it with an i7. Also since it might look a bit odd in a case that can hold a full ATX board. The MSI B660 Tomahawk is good choice that will still save you a lot of money compared to what you initially had picked out.

Take a look at the 4000D Airflow version of that case, will be better for cooling especially if you upgrade GPU's in the future.

You're within your target budget now so that's good. If you wanted to fit a better GPU in now rather than upgrade later, there are still ways you could save a little here and there... Cheaper SSD would be one (Samsung drives are good but tend to be among the highest priced), maybe start with 16GB of RAM and add another 16GB later (but maybe you feel you need 32 now for video editing).
