PC NOT BOOTING

Hi guys i need a helping hand here.So i recently took a hdd from my laptop to try and check whats the issue with the hdd,the pc booted up fine,i removed the hdd and went ahead an slotted my ssd back,and when i tried booting the pc doesnt boot i have a no signal message na the psu starts going full power with the fans,help plz

try clearing the cmos. also, check to make sure you didn't knock anything loose while in there.

i cleaned cmos like a 1000 times and still same
