Computer Running Slow

Hi fellow members of the Linus Tech Tip Forum, I am back again with yet another problem, My computer is running Slow, and not just you odd Lag here and there I mean Lags out and cant even load low power processes like notepad and paint a a reasonable speed. I was looking through my processes tab and found a lot of unidentified programs that I don't know if i want running or even on my computer. Here is a Screen Shot of  all my active processes.

If you can help me in finding programs which can be disabled or completely Uninstalled, I would very grateful Thanks

System specs would help too but if it's a low end system all those chrome tabs would be a contributing factor

What's your RAM usage about 3GB?

HAve you ran CCleaner etc already? From pic only problems are Photoshop and Chrome. Last with Flash takes really much ram. Sadly you can't do anything about flash problem since it has been like that since last update.
