Worth the upgrade?

I have built my pc 2 years ago and i think it's time to upgrade, i thought of the rtx 3060 but is it worth the upgrade?

my current pc specs:

CPU: R5 3600

MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus b450M

RAM: 16GB G.skill Aegis ddr4 3000mhz 2x8 gb

GPU: XFX Radeon Rx580 8GB GTS

PSU: Zalman 550W bronze rated

Storage: Kingston SA400M8 240GB M.2 SSD and Toshiba HDWD110 1tb HDD

For 1080p, no. rx580 still have enough juice for 60fps gameplay. But if you really want to upgrade wait another 3 months for the price to go down further.

Wait for 40 series or for 3060ti to hit 399, whichever comes first

If possible just wait like others said.

 

If you have to get it now, check the price of an RX 6600 or RX 6600 XT as they are generally cheaper and the 6600 XT is quite a bit better too. RX 6600 shouldn't be far off compared to the 3060.
